Symington 1

Symington 1 is the Harborough Museum, Market Harborough Library and Leicestershire Adult Learning Service hub on the first floor of The Symington Building.

Together these services offer access to museum and heritage collections, local studies resources, books, information, digital resources and the internet, as well as a wealth of learning opportunities and activities for people of all ages.

Symington 1 provides resources including books and DVDs, access to the internet in the digital suite, facilities for young readers in The Story Place; a temporary exhibition space; museum displays; a local studies research space, help desks and a shop.

There are two adult learning rooms hosting a wide range of courses.

The Leicestershire Registration Service office including the Ceremony Room is also on the first floor.
