October at Harborough Museum

October at Harborough Museum

There’s plenty to do at Harborough Museum in October.

As part of Libraries Week there will be Community Colouring to enjoy, which will later become part of a montage on display.

Half-term will be all about getting ready for Halloween! Do the rock hunt trail around Harborough Museum and make sure you book in for the Halloween rocks craft event, booking essential.

From 16 October, the A Century of Stories exhibition will be open. This exhibition commemorates 100 years since the end of World War One and the work of the A Century of Stories project.

Join us on Saturday 20th October for Coins, Glorious Coins. Wendy Scott, Finds Liaison Officer, will be at Harborough Museum all day to let you get hands-on with real Roman and Iron Age coins.

Make sure you visit the website again to see what we’ll be up to in November and beyond!
