Harborough Museum is managed as a partnership between Leicestershire County Council, Harborough District Council and the Market Harborough Historical Society.  In 2015 the partners came together to agree a three year Business Plan for the Museum.  The Business Plan identified the following areas of activity as priorities:

• Harborough Heritage and Collections
• Learning
• Tourism, Marketing and Promotion
• Volunteering

Funding for the Business Plan comes from Harborough District Council and Leicestershire County Council.
