Market Harborough Heritage Trail

The Market Harborough Heritage Trail has been updated and is now available. Staff and volunteers at Harborough Museum have worked with Market Harborough Civic Society to bring this new trail to visitors.

Explore 800 years of history from Market Harborough’s beginning as a market town, the creation of the Old Grammar school to the famous corsetry business of R & W H Symington & Co Ltd.

You can get a hard-copy of the Heritage Trail for the cost of a photocopy at Harborough Museum, just ask a member of staff. Alternatively, you can download a free copy of the trail from the Harborough Museum website.

We would like to thank Market Harborough Civic Society and our volunteers for their help in updating and developing this new trail.
