To celebrate 20 years of the Treasure Act, the British Museum is helping people find out about treasure in museums across the country.
The Telegraph has launched a poll to ask people what their favourite treasure is and the Hallaton Treasure has made the top 20! We need your help to make sure the Hallaton Treasure wins! Please visit the Telegraph website and vote here by Monday 15th May.

- The helmet has been painstakingly pieced together for display at Harborough Museum. It is 80% complete and any gaps have been filled to give it strength. 2000 years ago the helmet’s silver surface would have gleamed beautifully. Certain parts of the design, such as the swags on the brow guard, leaf pattern on the neckguard and wreath on the bowl were probably covered with gold leaf.
