School visits

Our educational packages and workshops have been carefully planned to support classroom learning and cover a wide range of National Curriculum objectives. Our sessions are hands-on, engaging, and fun and bring learning to life with real artefacts. Each session can be tailored to support a particular area of learning, age group or need.

Local Studies

The Local studies area incorporates books, pamphlets and periodicals relating to the history of Market Harborough and the surrounding area. The area is an ideal place to visit for those interested in researching local or family history.

The Local studies area includes public-access PCs, microfilm and microfiche readers and a photocopying facility.

You can also access the digital library while at the museum and library.
